San Cha Len Guest Farm: Bela-Bela

If you are really in need of a peaceful
relaxing weekend I would strongly recommend the San Cha Len Guest Farm. We were
privilege enough to visit this resort during the weekend of 16 March 2012.
Although it was raining since the early hours of the morning we were sure that
we need this break-away no matter what. Not even the rain will stop us.

We left Pretoria around 10:00 on Friday
morning and arrived at the resort just after 11:00 – it was still raining
softly. We found ourselves a nice spot and setup camp. All the stands are paved
and have a peace of grass surrounded with mall bush to create the feeling of
privacy. Throughout the camp there are more than enough spotlights for the
night. We have read that some campers’ complained about the noise of the
highway running next to the camp – this did not bother us at all. We hardly
heard the highway.

This resort is very well maintained and
is being looked after. The feeling of being in the bush is great. Each stand
has got its own braai, tap, electricity point and dustbin. The ablution blocks
are very neat and clean. There are even clean towels next to the sinks. An
ablution block for every 10 stands and for those who prefer the comfort of a
family bathroom, you were not forgotten. There are 2 family bathrooms.

This resort offers a hot and cold
swimming pool, playground for children and more than enough peace for adults.

We can only speak very high of this
resort and be sure to see us again. Thanks to the management for a clean
peaceful resort, keep it up
